R & D

Research and development has always been the motto of the Company. In 1995, with an aim of making perfect manufacturing techniques and upgrading products quality, huge investments in CAD/CAM were allocated to improving product design, R&D engineering, and mould design operation.

In 1997, Joinease started OEM production to handle all kinds of plastic molds as well as Die Cast mold designs. The Company has speeded up its growth since then; the number of employees has multiplied to 350. With full utilization of new machinery and increased labour force, monthly output of one household product could reach up to 1,200,000 pcs.

 
 
Professionalism and accountability

High quality and the betterment of working environment are the twin prerequisites of the Company, which passed the ISO9001:2000, QS9000:1998 & COC certification standard for all customers. A secure and efficient working environment is our prime consideration.

Expansion

In 2001, Joinease experienced tremendous expansion, with a labour force of reaching 450 working staff and an increased factory size of 4,000 sq. ft. To cater for continued development and expansion, the Company was relocated to a more spacious destination to BoLu, HuiZhou Province, with a land area of 405,000 sq. ft land (270 ft x 1520 ft) and 187,900 sq. ft working area and 94,900 sq. ft dormitory area with entertainment region. The plant has additionally employed 800 skilled workforce, well-trained engineering and quality management team for the provision of a competent and strong backup to meet the customersˇ¦ requirement with surpassed expectations for quality and cost effectiveness.

Present

Today, Joinease is not only a professional mold manufacturer but also a real participant to create innovative, functional products exporting to markets around the globe. One of our reputed brands under the name of the ˇ§Beauty Gardenˇ¨. They were successfully launched in the market.
